Glass windows are cheap. Flat paint washes off. No warranty on their landscape. Cheap appliances. When I moved in and had questions about the electronics like thermostats, HVAC, sprinkler system, garage door and others, I was told by my Construction manager, Steve to “read the manual” or “go on YouTube”. I Paid a lot of money for this house, I I am living on a fixed income, and I will be 70 this year. I expected the people who installed or manufacturers of these items that I purchased to at least send a representative. After my repeated calls I got some results. This billion dollar company doesn’t even leave interior/exterior paint gallons or pints with their homes. A new house I’ve purchased has paints with it. Zero stars is a better rating. Poor quality materials at high prices, terrible warranty service, and always stating things are “out of the scope of warranty”. Not what I would expect from a n allegedly reputable builder.
