Tom Arnold Drilling

Tom Arnold Drilling was absolutely fantastic! We had a new well installation put in at our ranch in Florence. My husband and I were blown off by a couple different well companies that claimed they could do the job and by the time I had reached out to Tommy I was pretty fed up with other contractors and their lies and broken promises. To my surprise Tommy was very kind, understanding, communicative and johnny on the spot. We had concerns that our well wouldn't be deep enough and he ended up drilling further just to make sure we were completely satisfied. They went above and beyond expectations and I would highly recommend using them for your new well or repair.

With the recent freezing weather our water was spewing water everywhere out at our well house. We called Tommy to see if he could come out and fix it. He had a rush of calls due to frozen pipes and told us the soonest he could possibly come out was the next day and couldn't even garentee that. He said if I could shoot him a picture of the leak he could possibly tell me if he had the part or would have to order it. Once I sent the picture, he called me and advised that I could fix the issue myself and stepped me through the process. I was able to fix the issue and we had running water that day. These guys are cream of the crop. We have used for the last 20+ years. Always accommodating and helpful. They have taught me enough to fix my own problems but are always there when I have no water. They are the best
