I called Tom today (Jan 1st) and he immediately got in touch with his on-call technician. He called me back within 10 minutes to let me know he could send him out, but also explained it would be pretty expensive for what was likely a simple issue. Instead, he walked me through the steps over the phone, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much for your honesty. I would absolutely recommend him and his company!

Call Gagliardi Electric FIRST! The entire experience was great. My call was answered by a person that honestly wanted to help. She said she would check were the guys were on their current jobs and get back to me. In less than 10 minutes she called back and said Alejandro would be available in 20 minutes. This was a Friday. Alejandro arrived and was professional, friendly and efficient. Power had been lost to a portion of the house. Alejandro diagnosed the power outage and returned power in less than an hour. At my request he also diagnosed other areas in the house for my peace of mind. I can't stress how impressive the entire experience was. In short: Call Gagliardi FIRST!

Technicians came out next morning installing a whole new service. Very professional great price nothing negative to say here.

Great service team!!! They were able to fit me in on a day I Really needed them even though they were swamped. The Electrician Miguel was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my home setup. I am so Grateful he was able to figure out the issue. The price I anticipated on paying was only a small fraction of what I ended up paying. Thank you so much you guys. You’re the best!!!!

We would highly recommend Tom Gagliardi Electric! They were reasonably priced, fit us into their schedule quickly, punctual, and were excellent at communication. They did a great job updating our electrical panel and adding some outlets in our home.
