We had several waterproofing companies come and survey the area trying to determine how the water had been able to get into the house. Tomas Construction LLC was the only company to accurately locate the leak. The owner personally took the time to show us the problem and explained the necessary repairs. The team from Tomas Construction was on time, professional and expertly repaired our home. We were very pleased with the work done on our home. Thank you Tomas Construction LLC!

Tomas and his team have been a great professional team who have done quality work. We have been very happy with their services that they have provided. We've had them do various things to enhance our home and property, eg. install snow angels on our roof, revamp our shed (new roof, gutters, rain barrel, replace rooted wood, paint) and its is beautiful and so much more functional! They are now our go to contractor for our property.

I had the same (very positive) experience as everyone else it seems! I called Tomas after some water damage appeared in our master bedroom while we were away. He came the same day, about 2 hours later, inspected the roof and took pictures to show us the issues. He quickly provided a fair quote and came out to do the work a few days later. He showed us pictures of the work he did on the roof and it looked good (to my untrained eye, at least!) — the interior work was flawless. You can’t tell there was ever an issue. We would also highly recommend!

Tomas and his team did an excellent job on a recent project rebuilding the closet entries in our home. The process of requesting an estimate, scheduling service, and getting the job completed was as smooth as possible, and Tomas was incredibly supportive, patient, and flexible throughout. The team was transparent throughout the whole process and delivered exactly what was promised on the exact estimated schedule. Most importantly, the actual job was done to perfection, and we could not be happier with the end result. What more could you want? Tomas is simply the best contractor I’ve found in the DMV. Responsive, respectful, fair, extremely skilled, enthusiastic about his work, and prompt. I don’t think there’s any project his team can’t tackle and do a wonderful job with. He helped design and install some custom built in cabinetry in my house and did an amazing job. Already planning my next project with him!
