Wunder Realty LLC purchased brick from Tomlin Excavation for a residential project in Warrior, AL. After completion, we had unused brick remaining. Between brick that were never picked up and brick returned from the job site, we consolidated the total into a full 500-count pallet before returning it to their yard. Prior to returning the brick, our owner personally spoke with Karen Tomlin on multiple occasions, phone records kept, along with one of our employees. We were instructed to bring the brick back in a 500-count pallet and were told a refund check would be issued after the brick were counted. Based on those representations, we paid labor to transport and unload the brick back into their yard. For several weeks following the return, Karen stated that she “had not had a chance to

Asked to have no 57 gravel delivered. Same as a driveway that I saw. When it got to my drive they wouldn't spread it and dumped 2 loads so I would have to spread it myself. After doing so I have continously picked out metal of all kinds including re bar, fencing, and parts of metal objects that should even be in gravel. They knew I would have this in my driveway but sent some of the shoddiest gravel I have ever seen. I wouldn't recommend them for any gravel driveway needs ever.

Mr. Tomlin is a delight. Yesterday I bought the wrong material. He let me bring it back and exchange it for what I need for no additional charge. I realize they had to handle the same sale twice. Incidentally, I am not a frequent customer and was surprised and pleased he treated me fairly.
