I recently purchased a Heil HVAC system from Tommy Garner Air Conditioning and Heating. My old unit was oil heat and lasted 27 years. I switched over to a heat pump since oil is getting so expensive. Doing business with Tommy Garner was one of the best decisions I have made. His team was professional from the start. Bobby was very knowledgeable when he came over to see what we had and made suggestions and talked about options that might best fit our needs. It took use a few weeks to decide what system to go with and we had many questions before making a huge investment. We even went to his office and spoke with Bobby and Zach to finalize what system would be best for us. They were very helpful, polite and did not pressure us into making a quick decision. Needed to call Tommy Garner to repair my heating system..of course it was 2am on a weekend along with outside temps in the single digits. My.wife and I both are in our late 70s. The house was super cold. The tech responded promptly and repaired the issue. He was very pleasant and professional. I am very please with the service I received the price was very fair. They have done other hvac jobs for me over the years and all technicians have been outstanding. They always stand behind their work. All repairs are done right the first time. I will continue to use them. They do it right the first time.

We recently had a furnace and A/C system and gas hot water heater installed by Tommy Garner. The experience was an unexpected pleasure. All our units are in the attic. We were dreading the experience. However, from our initial visit by David Lemis, the sales rep to our 2 week check-up by Anthony, the tech, it has been a great experience. All of the ladies who answer the phone in the office are friendly, considerate, and HELPFUL.
