Came to my house to do ac work, took the outside unit apart and didn't put it back as as it was when he came to my house, he left wires laying on the in side of unit not connected to anything lost the bolts to the unit, and charged me $200 to tell me absolutely nothing and then left this mess. What if someone would've came behind him and would've gotten hurt due to his neglective actions! I'm so disappointed, you can't even pay people to do the right thing any more.

Plain and simple not impressed at all guy shows for 2 and a half hours to " clean" the inside and outside parts of the ac and supposedly add coolant for $250 that's ridicules. All I wanted was for the guy to come charge it and not spend 2 and a half hours racking up a bill

My family has been using Tom's Appliance Air and Heating for all our appliance repairs for years...the work is always high quality...William, the repairman is professional and takes his time to explain any issue he finds as well as providing quotes in advance....he has worked at 4 different homes for our family including rental properties...we are satisfied customers!!
