I should honestly give a 1 star! I will forever be taking my business elsewhere. I dealt with Tom for years for both business and personal needs and absolutely always had a great experience. Stopped in to get some older GM keys made and some barrel keys. To start this review i was talking to another customer that was in there about how she could save a few bucks and diy program a new fob if she wanted from Amazon. Well Tom's daughter as friendly as she is basically told me to shut up! I'm "costing her money" well you know what if I could save my customers some cash I would sure try. If they are that worried about what they are making these days maybe you shouldn't close 20 minutes before lunch and stay open later than 3:30! Rudest most unprofessional customer service I've ever had! Would give zero stars if i could. Stopped in last Wed as key fob broke and key was stuck in ignition, was told individual that does this work was out til Fri, took my info said she'd have her call. Fri came and went, nothing, finally got hold of them again 5 days later to now be told they wouldn't help said didn't know what to tell me. When asked why no one called me the answer was I dont know, I dont know what to tell you. They are running what once was a good business into the ground. For anyone wanting quick, professional and reasonable services I highly recommend calling Bakers. They were here first thing had me up and running in 30in.

2014 ford escape s. Needed to order a 2nd oem key to be able to install remote start on this car. Buttons on the key is different (4 vs 3 buttons) but works just like my original key. Over the phone quote from ford totaled around 400.00 Tom’s keys price just under 190.00. Easy to do. Well worth it. Key came cut was nice also.

Tom helped us out of a bind. Our electronic keypad's battery died and we enjoy offering short term rentals on our place. We had a guest that was coming in 24hours and Tom was able to get out to our place and take care of the issue at a fair price. Would highly recommend.
