I think most of this stems from the person taking the appointment who was, we'll say he was 'spacey'. Got the address wrong & didn't write down what needed to be done. Although Richard was nice, he came unprepared. Didn't have the right tools and obviously had never set up a battery operated sump pump. Read & studied the instructions like I would. Hooked up everything but the discharge line, plugged the pump in & blew water allover. Didn't confirm things were working before he left (acted like he was late to get to another job) Charged a * of money for a job that was done wrong. When I called Richard to tell him it still wasn't running right, he told me to pull it from the pit & make the same adjustment he did - myself. I highly recommend Toni’s to anyone and everyone. I had an issue with my water softener and had to have them come out for a service call and were here within 45 minutes and the cost was reasonable and their service man Lonn was professional and very courteous. I moved to Freeport recently and was in need of help and they were very helpful. I called at 7:25 AM and had my system fixed before 8:30. I will only use Toni’s for any future work and repairs!

Lonn came over today to diagnose a plugged drain he had it fixed within 20 minutes, I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and very accommodating. We only left them a voicemail this morning about our problem and they were here before 1 o’clock in the afternoon and they were done before 130. Honest, genuine professionals! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called about a plumbing issue and they were out within 45 minutes to look over the issue. They laid out my options and gave what they felt was the best first step. I appreciated the professionalism and honesty about how to proceed. Will definitely be a first call with any future plumbing needs! Update after recent service: Had a main pipe leak that we attempted to repair ourselves unsuccessfully on Sunday. Called Toni's early Monday morning and told them about our issue. Toni's squeezed us in that afternoon and had the problem fixed quickly. They also took the time to answer a few questions I had about other less urgent plumbing issues. Great service, still highly recommended!
