Karen and her team were extremely professional and thorough with getting every detail of my house clean. They even went as far as cleaning the glass inside the light fixtures, polishing the wood cabinets and cleaning my pool table. I had another cleaning company cancel on me at the last minute and I randomly called Top 2 Bottom Cleaning of Lakeland and I am so glad I did. The house looks amazing, shines and smells so fresh! Every one of her crew are such hard workers, they cleaned a 4,000 sq foot home in hours and they were reasonably priced, very impressed.  I will definitely be calling on them again in the future. Thank you again!

I was absolutely pleased with every aspect of this encounter. Karen is a very detail oriented person that exceeded my expectations for a house cleaning after my parents passed away and I needed the house cleaned up as well as cleaned out. Karen and her crew were in and out in the time they specified. As I said before everything exceeded my expectations and I am very happy I do recommend this company if you want It done Right and for a fair price. I have since taken care in on as my housecleaner of choice on a weekly basis.

We were expecting them during the day. Didn’t hear anything, tried reaching out to them several times (I am sure they were working but) and they finally arrived after 5. After not hearing from them, we had to reschedule photos. We left the property since it was late and at 11 pm, we were notified that they had just finished. Their job was to deep clean a 900 sq ft rental unit with a brand new floor, brand new refrigerator, brand new bathroom vanity and mirror, and freshly painted walls and ceiling. The tub, oven, baseboards were the main focus. Those were done very good but it took 3 people almost 6 hours to do these duties??? Plus, we were charged an hourly rate for each person 🤔🤔However, the windowsills were still dusty and the inside of the front door was filthy. Did not meet our expect

Our daughter purchased a home and the sellers left the home in such a mess they hired this company to come clean it. We saw the home's condition before they started and it was amazing the work they did. We now only have to fix a few things the sellers did not do and some painting but we're so happy there is absolutely no cleaning left to do. Thank you so much for all your hard work!!
