Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable I had a deeply frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to think more than twice before working with them. To begin with, my microwave/oven was not installed at the maximum recommended height, something that was a clear priority for me from the start. Instead, it was mounted at a randomly chosen height that I did not approve, and I was never consulted when the final placement deviated significantly from the original design plans (16 inches below the design plans; See photos). As a result of the incorrect placement, I now have to bend over awkwardly to use the microwave, which is both uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. Beware of this place. Vey rude and disrespectful. The guy robert does not care of the customers. They dont like paying the people that do the actual work. They are gonna go through a wages lawsuit soon if they dont pay. Stay away!!!
