He is very knowledgeable, explaining things clearly and professionally, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. He was also genuinely kind and accommodating, answering all of our questions patiently and making himself available when we needed clarification. On a personal note, we connected really well because his wife is Filipina as well, which made the interaction feel even more comfortable and relatable. 5 stars for you sir!

These guys are great! I had a home inspected by Shaun and Jake. Both of them were extremely thorough and super friendly. This is my first time buying a home and they showed me everything they were doing and answered all of my million questions. I have so much confidence moving forward after having them in there. Very honest, nice, and genuine. Highly recommend!
