Top Down Exterior Cleaning

Pool tiles, deck and screen enclosure cleaned very thoroughly. Deck sealed and looks fantastic. Driveway and sidewalks cleaned. All heavy items moved and returned to proper places after completion. Thank you Clayton and John.

Top Down did a fantastic job and I gave them plenty to do! Roof, soffits and facia, back deck, drive way and walk ways, pavered walks and brick facade. Seth and the person who showed up with him 2 days in a row DUMPED concrete on our property a hazardous material. In our back yard where our dogs run and play knowingly. Separate from where they were working. Their work was so poor. We got refunded. I asked the lady over the phone and Seth multiple times to speak with the owner. They both said no. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and poor work ethic. They do care about your property. Seth did not listen to what we wanted instead did what he wanted. Now we will have to pay to dig up concrete, and lay sod. Dig up our already owned pavers. According to Seth if when top down exterior is working on your property you should “pull up a lawn chair and watch them work”

The technicians were very professional and friendly and were very courteous of my property. Had my roof soft washed and it looks beautiful. They showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner.

Great job. Top Down arrived with 2 employee's. They pressure washed the pool area, lanai, 2 entry pads with steps and the trash can paver area. They then swept sand into the joints and throughly cleaned the excess sand off all areas before applying two coats of sealer. Looks outstanding.
