We purchased a home from people who appeared to smoked inside the property. The whole home needed to be painted from ceilings, walls, doors, trim, everything. Not to mention, the walls needed extensive patchwork and some wall paper removal. We are DIYers, but given the extent of work, we didn’t have the time to do it all.
