The scheduling process was simple, and the receptionist gave me a solid estimate up front. The technician arrived on time, explained what he’d be doing, and got straight to work. He found some creosote buildup but said it wasn’t severe and handled it during the same visit. I appreciated how he took time to show me photos before and after. They didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I found really refreshing. Would definitely use them again for yearly maintenance.
