I recently worked with Pini, the owner of Top Line Home Remodeling, to diagnose and repair many exposed structural pieces of my house. Due to the poor workmanship of the original builder, Toll Brothers, we have been dealing with numerous water damages in the balconies and other exterior components. We spent tens of thousands of dollars and worked with two other contractors in the past. Not only did similar problems come back in the old and new areas, but it was also very frustrating that during the process we had hard time communicating with the contractor, and faced project delays continuously. Luckily none of these happened this time. Pini is always reachable, sometimes as late as 10 PM in the weekend. He delivers what he promises, on time!!! We are very happy with his performance
