Top Notch Heating & Air

Contacted Top Notch to evaluate my HVAC furnace. I had a great experience with Chris. He came out to evaluate my furnace and was extremely professional from start to finish. One thing I really appreciated was that they put on shoe covers before walking through my home. They took the time to carefully inspect everything and clearly pointed out all the issues they found with my system. They explained things in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of my questions. After the evaluation, they provided a quote quickly without any pressure. Overall, they were very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Arkansas weather is weird. We were having some issues with our AC unit, we called Top Notch Heating and Air and they were able to come out the next day. Desmond was on time, very knowledgeable. He identified the problem, explained our option and was able to fix the issue same day! He was great! We were also able to sign up for a service plan to avoid any future issues. Highly recommend!

Chris (and all the techs, actually!) has been so prompt everytime we have been in need. And this comment shows the age of my house and system, but they know our dogs and kids by name now! Lets face it, anytime you are contacting your HVAC company, response time is critical. TopNotch has sent a friendly face within hours of us needing them. They always take the time to tell us not only what the issue is , but our options AND which option they recommend. I’ve never felt any price wasn’t a reasonable price. We’ve both paid immediately and used their financing. It’s all very seamless. Came home to freezing weather on a Saturday and a furnace that wasn't working. Called Top Notch and their tech arrived right away. Terry did a great job for us, securing and installing a new blower motor. Our many thanks. We will use them again.

I was quoted over a $1,000 for repairs by this company. I received a second opinion from another company, and the technician said it was a simple door that needed to be closed inside of our ceiling, and that fixed the issue! They did not charge us a dime for their time. They are an honest company, and I wish I could have said the same when Top Notch tech come out here. Your quote was over a $1,000 and it was not necessary in the first place. Our tech said there was nothing wrong with either issue you guys stated in the repairs list in the quote. We will continue to work with the other company that came to us. I will definitely not work with this company again.
