Our furnace went out this week in the dead of winter, and they booked us quickly to replace our 20 year old furnace and ac units. They matched their competitor’s pricing and they took extra steps analyzing our house’s vents to get the right size system for our home. To top it off they brought in heaters to keep us warm until they got the system in. Appreciate Chandler and his team’s hard work!

Thank you, Top Notch Heating and Plumbing. Your technician, Curtis, was prompt and really knowledgeable. The furnace was experiencing four problems. Three of them are being corrected now. The fourth problem will be fixed later this year. He wouldn't stop until he was satisfied that the problem with my furnace was resolved. He will be back the next morning to install two more grill grates.

Our service technician, Diamond (yes that's his real name and he's awesome), did a great job! We purchased a home with a fireplace but couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work, so we called Top Notch. Diamond found out that it was just missing a Thermostat and got it working in minutes! We had David McClusky come out on a Saturday for our severely clogged drain. He couldn’t get it fixed that day but didn’t charge us like other companies would have. When he came back with the bigger truck he had that clog cleared so fast. Very very good pricing on services. Love the technician ( my husband talked his ear off). I’ve been screwed over by many plumbing companies in the past. I will be using Top Notch forever.

Had them install a furnace and a mini split for my grandma. They sold us a unit that isn't nearly big enough to do the job. They also couldn't find the vents etc. I wouldn't trust them.
