Top Notch was great from start to finished. Free roof inspection for recent hail storm. One call by me to Insurance company to start claim and Top Notch took it from there to repair the hail damaged roof. Top Notch met with claims adjuster and handled everything including final documentation of finished project to get all insurance checks released to me. Very professional. Job started on quoted date and finished on quoted schedule. Job site kept organized during the job and 100% cleaned up when done. Top Notch works well with insurance company with great success. Top Notch owner is local and stopped by job site often to check progress and help as needed. Highly Recommend!

Donnie and his team were amazing! Our roof got damaged by a recent storm. So much so that water came through the roof and soaked and ruined a section of our ceiling. And more rain was coming. I called them, and they came out right away to inspect the roof, cover the spot where the shingles were missing to prevent further damage and provide us an estimate. Once the rains were done, they went right to work to get the roof and ceiling repaired for us. They were friendly and efficient and did a great job! Would highly recommend!!!

Top Notch Southwest Roofing did an amazing job replacing my 20 year old tile roof. In less then 3 days, my roof was completely redone. The crew maintained a clean and safe work zone during the process. Upon completion, they ensured all debris was picked up and remaining materials neatly stacked for final pick up. We live in Cave Creek, AZ. We were involved in a hail storm. We called Top Notch to do an inspection. We heard of them from a friend. There was indeed hail damage to the roof and the AC unit. The owner of Top Notch, Donnie Jones suggested I call my insurance agent. The agent scheduled a claims adjuster. Mr Jones met the adjuster, armed with reports from NOAA, showing hail was in the area. He went over the pictures he taken during his inspection and walked the roof with the adjuster. Claim was approved and Top Notch promptly replaced the roof. We were even able to get an improved, more energy efficient replacement. We were very pleased with the quality, the promptness and professionalism Top Notch did on our claim.
