The service I received was not only prompt but also very courteous right from the first interaction. Frank didn't even charge for the estimate visit, and he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Within just a few weeks, we had a scheduled removal, and the tree was taken down to the stump exactly as I requested. The yard was left even cleaner than it was before they started. Frank and his crew at Top Notch are amazing! They've trimmed my pine tree in front of my house for several years and recently they removed a dying Mediterranean Cyprus from the other side of my house. Frank is a pleasure to communicate with. And I greatly enjoy that he'll come out and take a look at the trees/work needed to give me a fair and accurate estimate. The prices are good for the wonderful work they do. His crews are always on time, do a lovely job, are friendly, and clean up beautifully. Top notch experience from start to finish! Frank was responsive and organized, getting me a quote over the phone with just a photo of my 2 giant African Sumacs. His crew showed up on time, was efficient and professional, and left without a trace other than a beautifully shaped and thinned tree canopy.
