Top Pool Cleaner does a great job keeping our pool clean and the chemical levels where they should be. We have never had a complaint about the pool from our guests who stay at our Airbnb. They also offer additional services with other venders if needed. We are very happy with their services.

I was reluctant to post a negative review, knowing that the company for the most part is highly rated. I don’t know if they put someone with a lack of experience on my pool, but I tried to remedy the challenges with their experienced technician. Surprisingly he just denied the situation and made excuses. Some might have gone to BBB to at least get refunded, or to a lawyer. It started with me and my wife getting rashes from the water. My readings showed the chemicals being off. The skin conditions worsened over a month period, and I went to a dermatologist and they said to immediately discontinue going into the pool. There were two significant skin problems, one they had never seen happening in just one month. The technicians response was to have Pinch a Penny (competitor) evaluate

They have been serving our pool for over a year and we have been 100% satisfied. They are so very professional, responsive, extremely nice, and follow up after every visit. I can’t recommend them enough. This company cares about their customers!!!!
