The company is not at all professional. 1. Their representative who came to take measurements (Lisa) doesn't know how to take measurements. My cabinets were very, very poorly sized, and the color I ordered was different; I never said honey. I called to have the problems fixed. Another man came and told me that I would have to pay and buy new cabinets to fix them. I told him it was their mistake and that I wouldn't pay anything extra. They continue to insist that they won't fix anything until I pay to buy new ones. I received a call from Lisa accusing me and demanding that I remove the comment they claimed I had left on Google. previously had a 5 star review for the delivery guys of top shelf. When they deliver your cabinets they request a 5 start review and tell you that they get a bonus when you give the review. I am retracting my 5 stars. While the product is decent (3 of my cabinets are cracked and waiting replacements) in quality, the customer service is crap. The timeframe that is given of 7-10 day turn around is 100% inaccurate in my experience.
