Could not be happier with Top Shelf! They came out to look immediately and sent the quote over right away. When they opened the wall where the water damage had happened, they discovered that there was still a leak. They were very flexible - they paused the work and came back right away once we were sure the roof was fixed. They also immediately addressed another section when we realized a water stain on the ceiling of the floor below had been caused by the same leak.
