Being someone who has worked in commercial roofing and is now in the Piledriver’s union I take extreme pride in my work and doing good work. They do amazing work and they are extremely professional about it. I have zero complaints about inquires to get a quote for the roof, communications about when they are coming out, and communication with the workers who put our new roof on. I will only be using them for any repairs or maintenance from now on. 10/10

Maureen, Bobby, and Sean responded quickly to my follow-up, reviewed my situation, and saved me nearly $20,000 by identifying that the prior contractor’s proposed work was unnecessary. They fit me into their schedule the same week, secured the required Philadelphia permit the same day, and walked me through every step clearly. Communication was excellent — honest, direct, and respectful throughout. Bobby told me there was no expectation to pay until the job was done and they lived up to that promise. We used Top Tier Roofing to replace our roof. We called on a Wednesday and had our roof replaced by Monday. They could sense our urgency for our repair and they made a way to do the job quickly. Compared to other companies the cost was very reasonable.

I called Top Tier Roofing after hours on a Friday night with a major leak in my ceiling from all the snow. I received a call back from Shane within 5-10 minutes, and he scheduled an appointment to come give me an estimate the next day. I am beyond thrilled with the job that Shane and his crew did replacing my two roofs and adding gutters. This was a job that required a lot of work and Top Tier had it completed in two days. Shane was awesome and worked his magic to keep the cost down as much as he could. I would highly recommend Top Tier Roofing. The Top Tier Roofing team did an amazing job on my rowing home's porch roof. Bobby was upfront with the cost, scope, and what to expect. The process was the least stressful & honest contracting experience I have ever had from start to finish. In addition, he was able to help me find a carpenter for some of the additional wood work I needed for my porch. Bonus points for having an awesome office team, and also being patient/professional with questions my neighbors had. I'll be use Top Tier Roofing again for my next project, and can't recommend them enough.
