Top Tops has become mine and my family’s go to for any countertops we need because of their outstanding service and gorgeous product selection. Roman and his team have installed quartz countertops as well as backsplash for me in 3 different houses, and will be installing soon in my parents’ home. Each and every time, he and his team have taken care of us excellently from start to finish. Roman is genuinely professional, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. Likewise, his team is quick, clean, and so courteous. This is a company you can trust to work in your home. They do outstanding work. I believe the images speak for themselves. Half of the project turned out amazingly. The other half turned out as you see below. They refunded half of the cost of this vanity which in retrospect was not enough. Had to have a restoration company come and so far have spent more than the half that was refunded and still dealing with the stains. Two restoration companies provided the same info: the stone was fabricated improperly (wrong speed cutting creating a ton of chips that were hidden by epoxy). The stone was not sealed properly before applying the epoxy per the people who came out and possibly the wrong type of silicone and epoxy were used (specific type should be used for stone that does not bleed) . The stains started to appear about two weeks after installation and have only progressed. According to stone forums online this

We were in need of a last minute project of a fireplace hearth and surround- Picking out of their remnants, we were able to find the perfect piece! Roman and his team were able to template the same day and install a few days later. The pieces are beautiful and they did what everyone else said could not be done! Roman and all of the crew we dealt with were professional and exceeded our expectations . I will definitely use them in any future projects! Thank you again for help making my vision a reality!!

Roman and his crews are amazing. He worked closely with us as we were working on a complete Kitchen remodel. He definitely under promised and over delivered. The estimated time from template to installation was supposed to be 5-7 days. Yet, they were able to do the installation only 2 days after the template was done. His crews were very professional and were sure to complete the job perfectly. I would highly recommend Top Tops to anyone looking for a perfectly completed job.
