Top Turf Lawn Care and Pest Management

Geo and his team have been taking care of both our home and Evergreen Dental for a few years. They always deliver on time and good quality. They offer many services and are fairly priced. Geo is quick to respond and friendly. They also offer good suggestions for improvement.

I’ve used Top Turf for several years for multiple videos. The guy that came to spray my beds, killed the lawn, multiple plants and sprayed my neighbor’s grass. The guy sprayed areas that he was never supposed to treat. And, the fact that I am still calling their mgmt. team over a week for a refund on services and the numerous plants they’ve killed is outrageous. They keep handing me off to different people.

I DO NOT recommend you use this company, they agreed to treat my yard in specific areas but seen on cámara repeatedly not really treating nothing. Few calls & complained to the manager about areas that were to be treated not being done & the rest also spot sprayed here & there, and all they do when they decide to follow up is just send them out again. This last time they decided to Increase my bill by $42 due to fertilizer cost increase & again for added areas that were already part of the initial contract which they say was not, even due it was the areas I kept complaint about them not treating, without notice or approval so I Cancel their services immediately!!!!!! Terrible service & customer service!!!! My grass looked better before them FYI.

I have used Top Turf for 15+ years in 2 different homes. There has been a continuous decline in service quality and continuity of care. I have had the same dead spots in my lawn over 3 years. Each spring I call and get a different solution- aeration, rake and place sand. I've done this repeatedly with no results. This year a salesperson named Brock tells me I need a fungus treatment which will solve the problem. I call him back and leave messages for 3 days with no return call. A supervisor then explains that fungus treatment can only be done in fall! Huh!? I was instructed to aerate in the fall not get a fungus treatment! I was told that I will have to live with this issue for another year but the only way to truly solve the problem is to dig up the yard! Really?! Top Turf Lawrenceville
