TopClean NYC House Cleaning Service

I recently had a disappointing experience with this company. The cleaners caused damage to two of my walls, and when I brought this to the attention of management, my complaint was not taken seriously. Instead of addressing the issue, I faced arguments and was refused any evidence, as the manager claimed to have taken photos but wouldn't show them to me. It felt like my credibility was undermined simply because I had previously complained about the quality of the cleaning one time. Overall, this reflects poor customer service and business etiquette, especially considering their high prices. I would not recommend their services. Since I posted this review, I still haven't received replies from the company in regards to the damages and poor customer service experience.

I have been using TopClean to clean my house for almost a year now. I have found Kate's staff to be professional, courteous, and always on time. They do an amazing job and leave my home smelling fresh and looking great. One of the other services that TopClean offers is organizing. I've tried it and my closets never looked better. We recently finished renovating the house and called TopClean to do a post construction cleaning. A team of four cleaning ladies came to our house fully prepared to work their magic. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and dedication to their craft. With every hour that went by our house was getting cleaner and more organized. Five hours later my house returned to its glory days with sparkling floors, windows and countertops. The ladies also did an amazing job organizing my cabinets and closets. I am a client for life. I will be ordering by weekly cleaning just to keep my house sparkling as it did after the post construction cleaning. Thank you very much for the job well done.

TopClean is FANTASTIC. I’ve been a client of theirs for more than 4 years - I genuinely look forward to coming back to my apartment after one of their visits, because they leave it looking so fantastic. I have only the best experiences with them. Kate is also highly attentive and responsive - I have messaged her last minute a few times with random requests, and she always ensure they’re taken care of. One of the easiest 5-star reviews I’ve given!
