Both experiences were great. Had them install both a mini split system in our house and just today they were there to install our gas furnace both crews were very knowledgeable and got the job done right. Also want to shout out Troy for going above and beyond on both of the quotes he worked up for me as well as the quick and painless process of getting both installed.

I bought a new heater and AC unit. There were issues initially with the first install. There were some frustrations for sure.… but Josh, Matt and Kyle were considerate about getting a complicated initial start up corrected by upgrading me to a higher efficient heater. They came to my home and quoted me on a heating system for my garage. We signed a contract for a price that was approved by his supervisor on the phone. We signed the contract and set a date for the install. I took the day off of work and then they called at 6 pm the night before and said my equipment wasn’t in. I asked to be called back when they had my equipment in so we didn’t set another appointment that would be canceled as I’d have to take off of work. Two days went by with no call. I got the complete service The furnace and the air conditioner they were respectful they did a complete tear out of the old furnace And installed the new. They have to wait until the snow clears to Hook up the air conditioner I live in Ohio and hear now is the winter time I'm very thankful to Colin and the two Young Men that did the work thank you for everything and Merry Christmas and Happy New year God bless you all.
