TopLine Counters

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with TopLine countertops. I live on the third floor with only stairs, and the crew handled everything without complaint. They hauled out my old countertops, carried in the new ones, installed everything beautifully, and even installed my new sink. What impressed me most was their attitude—they were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They took the time to clean up thoroughly before leaving, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a team that works this hard while still being so friendly and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

Topline is always my first call when working with slabs. As a GC who does interior remodels we work with kitchens, bathrooms, and fireplaces. I know I can always count on Topline to get me information quickly and once I am ready for them, they can be out in a week or two. Depending on the complexity of the project of course. But what really sets Topline apart is how they respond to issues, because in this industry they happen. They always step up and make sure the project finishes beautifully, every step of the way. working with Miley and Allen has been great, prices are good, and it's one of the few places that works with Laminate counter tops as well as providing plywood foundation for these.

I had my counters installed a few months ago and I wanted to give some time before I reviewed. Overall the Counters look great... but at what cost. My experience with them was plain bad. This includes: Did the wrong edge cut which led to rescheduling Blaming the purchaser (me) for taking their recommendation and holding me to their "agreement" even though it was NOT what I went over with the measurer. Blaming purchaser (me) for adding materials to cabinets after measuring... I didn't. They just didn't measure correctly and gave me a wrong recommendation. I reached out to a supervisor, Mat Balsley, who literally said "I'm on vacation and TRYING not to work" ... BTW my counters were $6,000... I have a staple imprinted in the top of my countertop... yep, you read that right. They used
