Tops Kitchen Cabinets & Granite

I recently purchased countertops from Tops Kitchen. The service was great and their products are those of other larger stores. They have expert installers and my counters were installed within a couple of days of purchase. Tracy is amazing and very knowledgable! I would definitely recommend them for DIY'ers.

Stopped in to get price and Roxie was great helping with the design and pricing. The do need to work on staffing as she was handling the showroom by herself. If you want attentive (and polite) service you need to make sure she is there on the day you visit. I've visited when she wasn't there and felt like my presence in the store was a bother to them.

I am an interior designer and absolutely loved working with my rep Roxie. She was attentive and detail oriented from start to finish! She was available for me whenever I needed assistance and followed up with me constantly. My clients love their kitchen. The counter top installers were fast and sufficient. My experience was great. I meet my deadline and stayed on budget.

The Asian woman at the front is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Very low prices, but I don’t want to do business with them specifically because of how she treated me. Why would I want to spend money with someone that doesn’t acknowledge my presence or even make an effort to provide a quote. Two times I’ve walked in here and it’s been the same. The other employee that works the front is more helpful and will write up a quote but is not allowed to print it. Not sure if the owner is cheap or they don’t have a printer. Also their prices went up since the first of the year due to import taxes. Everything they sell is from China. Not saying that everything from China is poor quality, but it there are dozens of other companies within a quarter of a mile that offer better. I really can’

I absolutely love my cabinets. ROXIE is the best!!! If you have any problems they will fix it and I respect that. Roxie did a great job on my order and I now have a friend. This is the Atlanta location.
