TopTier Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof at Oak Grove Church. We had challenges with a leaky roof in the past, and was introduced to Brendan Mcleod with TopTier Roofing. Brendan was very responsive and honest in diagnosing all of our issues. What a true professional!!! Brendan was prompt and responsive in meeting with our adjuster in order to ensure that nothing was missed, and that we would be able to have all repairs necessary. The overall experience was refreshing with reasonable pricing, and Brendan immediately followed up whenever we had any questions. Top Tier Roofing is a first class local business. Everything from there initial inspection up until the clean up from the install they are very professional. Once they gave me a free inspection and told me I had hail damage they assisted me with the claim process and it was a simple as it can get. When I contacted them and was ready to install the roof I expected it to be a week or so but they had materials and a crew there within 2 days and the crew installed it in 1 day. The final product is flawless I would recommend this local company to anyone looking for professional roofing company that’s local and is not chasing a hail storm. Nobody likes dealing with the process of installing a new roof. It's time consuming and costing.
