Luis has installed 2 heat pumps for me in the last 2 years. Although we had a brief problem with one, Luis was Johnny on the spot. He responded quickly and fixed it right (no charge because under warranty). If I need further HVAC services, I will definitely cal Luis.

I have an old flume that the previous owner had installed for the water heater. The water heater is in the basement and I live on a hill so this flume went on for about 20 feet and you needed a ladder to get to it. I talked to a few plumbers and HVAC guys, two flat out refused to work on it saying it wasn't worth their time. Luis took a look gave me a reasonable quote and his guys got to work quickly. Miguel and Reyes did the job in one afternoon and didn't even leave a trace of dirt behind. Even my wife who is picky was impressed at how clean they left their work area. It's hard to find quality service companies in the Bay Area Luis and his team are that hard to find company.
