My entire experience with Torsion was awesome. I had a new garage door put in and can't be more happy with the final results. Alex and the gentleman that helped him with the installation were punctual, professional and courteous. I plan on working with this company agian for any garage door needs and would highly recommend this company.

One of the easiest home repair services I've dealt with in 32years of homeownership. 1) owner Alex actually answered the phone when I called, 2) sent me a very reasonable quote within minutes (based on texting him a couple pics of my broken torsion spring), 3) easy to schedule, 4) came when he said he would (actually came early but checked first if that was ok with me), 5) did a quality job. Highly recommend Torsion Garage door for anything you need. We had to have a 7x16 garage door replacement. Alex was so extremely professional. The pricing of the door ,professional service and installation was very reasonable. These guys definitely know what they are doing. They had my old door disassembled and the new one installed and operating in just an hour. So if you are in a pinch as far as time or just need service or even a new garage door. My garage door wouldn’t shut and just reopen, when trying to fix myself I got it off track and couldn’t get it back on. I picked this company off google because it said family owned and was close by. I called and Alex answered and was able to be out the same day within an hour to fix our door. Alex was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to fix our door within minutes! Huge thank you!
