It has now been almost a year since this company first worked—and then repeatedly reworked—the asphalt in front of my house. From the beginning, I told them the ditch needed to be redone properly and that the slope they created was causing water to pool directly in front of my home. They eventually came back to “fix” it, but the former employee refused to listen to my concerns. Instead of correcting the issue, he made another ditch that made the situation even worse. I contacted the owner of the company, and he told me he would come check it out. He never called me back, never followed up, and the problem was never fixed. I go straight to the Better Business Bureau website when I need a work done. I meet with three companies with an A+ rating and accreditation. I chose Total Asphalt to install my asphalt driveway after meeting with all three companies. Total Asphalt’s Process was simple. 1. Submit a short video walking up the driveway detailing what I needed any my concerns to get a quick estimate. 2. Request a visit and a formal estimate. 3. Schedule installation 4. Installation When Rick walked up and told me exactly what needed to be done and detailed what that would entail. I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Total Asphalt recently installed a beautiful driveway on a residential property that I own in the Richmond Metro area. I worked with Rick throughout the whole process and he met every requirement that I wanted for a driveway. The curb appeal of my property just went up, and the driveway looks Great! I value, my review record and when I see a company, do a really good job paving parking lots from the line work to the cleanup work to the to the prevention of destroying the curb and gutter, that’s existing unlike other contractors I believe this company if they are a little more than a low quote, it’s all about appearance and quality sometimes spending a little bit more to get this kind of result is worth your consideration. I have not been promised a fee previous job nor do I expect one as a qualified Google review expert. I simply want to share a company any company that I see doing a great job and they do a good job.
