Total comfort control of East River energy is top notch. I have been using them for HVAC services for my daycare business for 7+ years. Christine ALWAYS takes care of me. She goes above and beyond with her confidence, compassion & professionalism. She makes things happen and delegates when a true HVAC “emergency” arises. Thank you, Christine & team!

Have to shout out to these folks for a great expirience. Joe came for the estimate and was really knowledgable. After getting 3-4 estimates, I could tell right away who I wanted for the job. Jaun & Alex came for the install of the new Central Air system and were really nice and professional and knew they're stuff. Supposedly, the first unit that arrived had a small dent and they weren't having it. Called in, and new unit was delivered for install in less than 30 minutes. All in all a great choice. WIll use them next time, hands down. All correspondence was done through their office folks (Diane & Christine) and they were just awesome as well... responsive and informative throughout the entire process. Not to mention the follow-up after the install. Thanks to everyone. Highly reccome

We used Total Comfort Control for about 8 years including new heat and AC equipment install and service. Used to call and talk to Mike. Now after the acquisition by East River, I call and wait to be told to push No 3 for service. Had an appointment yesterday, Aug 23, 2025, for summer AC service 2-4 pm. No one showed up and no one called. And no one has called as of 11 am today. Still waiting in Madison.

As promised just like a Roman Legion, they arrived on time, saw what needed to be done, and they completed their task quickly and efficiently. John, in charge of the project introduced himself and laid out the details of the work. As soon as our expectations were addressed they quickly began working . First they covered the floors with runners and began installing the mini splits while others were outside and installing the condensers. It went seamlessly! They instructed us on how to use our new units and amazingly we had heat. Just in time since the temperature was dropping ten degrees! After completion of the work they removed any signs that they had been there. We were left with a warm orderly house. My compliments to Total Comfort. We used Total Comfort Control over 10 years. They installed our HVAC and heating system. Very professional and knowledgeable. Every year we used them for maintenance and cleaning. All their technician are resourceful and very considerate. This year, Steve L and his team helps us with the maintenance, there was an issue with our system. I called the office and they come back same day. Steve diagnosed the issue and take care of it. The office team is always friendly and understanding. Thank you for your great service!
