I wanted to share what a great experience I’ve had with Total Comfort System's and especially Casey and Derek! I recently had a mini split system installed and I was experiencing some electrical issues. I called Casey the day after the 4th of July Holiday and he answered directly and was out a few days later to address the issues. He and Derek worked together to resolve all the issues and get my system back up and running. I would highly recommend TCS for any of your HVAC needs. They are the epitome of Customer Service in a world where that seems to be a dying notion. Great job guys!!

I'm very happy that I hired this company to install a new furnace and central air. I did my research and had four other estimates before making my decision. I found that they offered a good product for a reasonable price. They were very professional throughout the entire process and educated us on how to operate and care for the units. They were the only HVAC service that responded to my call for my dehumidifier, Casey came out diagnosed my problem,ordered the part I needed and even caught a potential problem, and got me back up and running.
