Spencer was so amazing! I called 6 mold remediation places after coming home from a vacation and finding what I thought was mold. He called me same day and came out to quote the following. He worked around my family’s schedule and got the demo and mold remediation work done same week. He was even able to recommend and help coordinate a contractor to come in right after and do the repair work. He is just lovely to work with.

My tenant’s garage was leaking/staining. Spencer performed a mold wipe down, and then repainted with Kilz. It looks so much better. This is the second job that Total Dry Restoration has completed for me. I’ll definitely utilize their services again in the future. Thank you!

Spencer came same day to provide an estimate and it was decently priced compared to the other estimates we got. We agreed to the mold remediation scope and he started work 2 days later. He let us know the whole process and kept us updated throughout the whole process and finished in about 4 hours.
