*Horrible experience with this company.* Wish we had checked reviews on this company previously. I recommend you do NOT work with them. They are trying to stiff us for money owed. They were always available for communication before the project was complete; now that it is complete and final invoices sent, we cannot reach anyone - Michael, Anthony, Lorena... nobody will return our calls or emails. Very dishonest, disreputable, unscrupulous company.

Completed a fencing project for these guys in Wisconsin and still waiting to be paid over $24,000. Promised the payment was sent out then proceeded to not answer or return any phone calls. Would highly not recommend doing any buisness with this company.

Does not pay contractors. We were contracted by total facility service on 09/26/2023 to diagnose lights not working at one of the facilities they manage. After presenting options, Rocky Armacida approved a quote for $778 to convert existing fixtures to LED's. And agreed to pay for work on the day of service via credit card. The work was completed and invoiced on 10/11/23. We contacted Rocky 2 weeks later regarding the overdue invoice, at which point a w-9 and COI were requested, We submitted the necessary information (which should have been requested prior to hiring), and since, all calls have gone directly to voicemail. It is now 11/17/2023 and no payment has been received.

Does not pay contractors. approved singed quote not paid and company is unresponsive. Work Completed in Dec. 2022. it is now Jan 2024.

My customer from Aug 2019 to Nov 2021 and always slow to pay. Then they refused to pay a $570 invoice so asked to be taken off their vendor list. Then on Jan 28th, I received a check!
