Owner is a great guy. He went above and beyond to help me in my time of need without financial compensation in any way. We need more people like him in our community and it would be a better place.

TFC is a terrible company. Owner is a hothead who likes to act very tough via text but won’t say anything to your face. Cleaning is subpar, and management is not worth the hassle. Negative two stars 👎👎

After using this business for many years, the technicians have always been great, however, unfortunately management lacks organizational skills and this has a very poor effect on the customer. I waited two months to have a new furnace and ac put in. The owner strung me along for two months. Needless to say , I went elsewhere. I guess my job wasn't important enough to do. Very sad after being a loyal customer for many years.
