Home inspection performed in May. After just a couple of months in the house we see quite a bit was missed during inspection. These items should be obvious to a trained eye - as we are getting quotes recently to have work done on the house, several professionals have made comments like “that’s water damage from upstairs” and “there doesn’t appear to be anything behind this radiator cover”. First floor HVAC wasn’t working either, as we discovered, but THIS tested it during home inspection and caveated the weather wasn’t hot enough. It will cost us a fair amount to fix these problems. Would not recommend or use again.

We were extremely impressed with THIS. Nigel was very professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all our questions in a timely manner without rushing us. We used Mark Bragin, who was on time and very knowledgeable. His inspection was very thorough and his report was produced very quickly. My husband and I used THIS to conduct an inspection of our first home - an older colonial that we purchased in Bergen County, New Jersey. The inspection included a full review of the interior systems, sewer, line scope and oil tank sweep. Nigel and his team were outstanding - all three inspectors were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and punctual. We are about to move into a 100+ year old house and Total Home Inspection eased a lot of my worries. The entire crew from booking the appointment to the inspection it self were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and their attention to detail was impressive. Not only did the inspect the house thoroughly, they took the time to explain important facets of their findings and to price in educating me on how to maintain different facets of the house.
