Total home repair came out to fix a leaking kitchen pipe, also installed a faucet, that another handyman could not do. They were professional, did an excellent job. I'm very satisfied that I called them they came out the same day.

This contractor was selected by my extended warranty. Apparently the contractor does not like the below-market fee that I'm sure the extended warranty pays him to install hot water heaters. The contractor actually added required "recommendations" & permiting (permits take weeks- the contracted company was coming out well before a permit can be issued) to the tune of almost $1,000 over and above the labor and part cost of the water heater. Even he extended warranty company advised me that these were only recommendations (which i already knew), but the contractor would not do the repair, even though I've replaced parts like the expansion tank within the last 12 months.
