Just found out they stopped supporting Generac and are now a Kohler generator dealer. I got a 48kw Generac they installed three years ago and now I need to find an authorized Generac dealer I can rely on for any repairs. (Update--Just got a call from them stating they don't install Generac now but will still work on them and that they do stock Generac parts. Apparently the man I spoke with there regarding my service experience gave me incorrect information.)

Ben Saddler is great. He came out and gave us an honest and thorough assessment of our 40 year old heater. While we need to budget for near future replacement, he let us know we’re still good to go. A competitor recently came out and told us what we have needs to be replaced immediately. There is a huge difference between feeling like someone wanted to make a quick sale vs. Ben with Total Mechanical. Thank you, Ben! Competitor was Mr. Hollands (who will never use again).

We have a service contract with Total Mechanical and they always do great work. Our heat went out today and Justin fixed it for us. Having a service call show up same day and get things going is much appreciated. As always, professional knowledgeable and extremely capable. Thank You!

Total Mechanical was able to squeeze me in for an Emergency leak. Kurt was very thorough and explained the entire issue and steps to correct it. As always, I will continue to call Total Mechanical any time I have a plumbing/electrical issue. I highly recommend them for their speedy, efficient and affordable service.

I called and Robert (VP Residential Division) got back to me right away and was out very quickly to give an estimate. I needed a panel replacement due to a main breaker going bad. I also needed a hot tub service/disconnect/wiring upgraded for a hot tub replacement. The price was the best of the 3 I received. Within a week a crew of 3 was out and got the work done in about 6 hours. It has been 3 weeks and everything is working perfectly. The guys respected the house, putting sheets over the carpet and cleaned up well before they left. I would not hesitate to call them again when I need something in the future.
