Total Mechanical Systems

I can't speak highly enough about Al and his team at Total Mechanical! They had over the years, come to service and eventually replace a wine cellar cooler they had not put in. It had a number of problems and they were always there promptly and finally when they replaced it, they recommended a much better system which has worked flawlessly. So, after 28 years in our home, the time had come to replace our entire 3 zone forced air HVAC system and once again they were a pleasure to work with. They never tried to upsell but instead recommended the right moderately priced system for our home. Their work is flawless. So much so, that my plumber of thirty years who had to some work with our boiler when they were there told me they did really great work and that he would start recommending Total

Would use no other company. Fixed my a/c, found a clogged filter, very min cost. Had them back to install ductless unit in my basement. Perfect !

I have been in business for 15+ years. Never have I come across a group of such honest people. They are reliable and trustworthy to get the Job Done. We had issues with our HVAC. I called a number of companies, all of which charged the service call and gave me nothing but BS. One told me the compressor was dead. The other told me it was the thermostat. Some even came and made the situation worse. I spent 10 days in the midst of a heat wave and had completely given up. I finally came across Total Mechanical Systems. I figured, lets see what story I will hear from them. I left and urgent call back on their voicemail and got a call from Al (who I am assuming is the owner) at 7 AM the next morning. He sounded very reassuring and told me to get out there ASAP because his guys were on the way.
