It has been one full year since I shipped a large box, and it still has not been delivered. I have contacted your company multiple times, and no one can give me a real answer. Every time I’m told the same thing: “It’s at customs.” Keeping a package “at customs” for over a year without any clear explanation is unacceptable. I have repeatedly requested the case/process number and any official documentation related to this hold, but no one has provided it. No one takes ownership, and no one takes action to help me access my merchandise. Your customer service is terrible — it has been completely useless and a total failure throughout this entire situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do not ship with them — you will regret it and risk losing your money and your goods.

I dont know how this people are not in jail I sent 2 boxs to brasil they opened the boxs stole all the valuable and delivered the boxs with only clothes in them. And when you call them to question wat happend they say that's how we got it. Scam scam save your self the stress n los of money

Never get my book deliver in Brazil ! This is happy 1 year ago . My box was not have a nothing can be a problem to police of federal..

This company is not a trust one. I sent a box a six months ago and never get there. They keeping saying that is there waiting for inspection. Not really true.
