Called before I arrived to make sure they were open. The lady answering the phone couldn't speak because it was busy, but she promised to call back. I went to the store anyway and bought my Gerber tub faceplate bracket and linkage assembly kit (97171KT). I asked the man helping at the counter about security screw bits. He quickly determined they were out of stock but advised me on other local options to buy them. On my way home, the woman from the store actually called back to ask how can she help? This was the absolute best customer service and product quality experience I had at a plumbing supply/hardware store!! I pick up supplies all the time, excellent service, they have a good selection of material. If they have to order material, it's usually a short lead time. I highly recommend this plumbing supply.
