Total Remodeling and Repair

If I could give a -0 I would. $17k for a small bathroom/laundry, no communication and a final product I would've gotten better results using a local small company. We asked for no non English speaking contractors in the house. Guess what... we got em. We needed a painter and couldn't secure dates because of T.R.'s inability to give me dates. We mentioned that to the contractor through an interpreter app and he advised he had guys. We learned the guys he was using were the same guys working on the bathroom. Lies told, commitments not met and this is the final product. Mind you. We stopped them from coming back after the guy they sent to install the shower door (which came after the commitment date) told us the bathroom needed to be re gutted and started again. I had a fabulous experience with Total Remodeling and Repair from beginning to end. I couldn’t be happier with the way my walk-in shower turned out. They have a knowledgeable staff that offered excellent suggestions in helping me design the shower, along with lots of different options. One day installation was amazing! The installers worked 13 hours without breaks! I was so impressed with their professionalism. Before leaving they cleaned up everything, both inside and outside. I highly recommend this company for any of your remodeling or repairs. I definitely would use them again!

I definitely do not recommend them; they are not professional at all. This is what they did to my bathroom, which cost 15k, and they only did a shower, and they didn't even do it right.I regret hiring them.

I had the siding on my house done last year. The sales rep that gave us an in-home estimate was friendly and helpful. Things went down from there. We were told that materials could be in as soon as 3 weeks. 5 weeks later, I tried calling to get an update. I left multiple voicemail that went unanswered for a another week. I then got a call on a Saturday that the work would start in 2 days. Ok, great. Two workers showed up, but no materials. The guy that had called me to schedule the start, called back and explained the confusion. Ok. The work started the next day. The workers were fine, though I never really knew what days they would be there or not throught the process. The work finished and we had some concerns about the finished product, uneven cuts and other minor esthetic issues. There

What we don't appreciate is the semi generic response to something you knew about since you were told don't come back and even if you didn't know then, you should've known when Scott signed the certified mail receipt on 10/27/25 @ 12:59pm. In it contained my complaint, pictures of the bathroom and the multiple texts between Scott and myself as well as with the contractor Eugene who "does great work" (your company's words. Not mine), as not evident in the pictures. It also contained an inspectors report which listed many issues with a big one being the toilet wasn't even secured to the floor. A $1500 Toto not secured to the floor? Who does that? An incompetent contractor you felt we deserved. Why??? The same person that couldn't even follow simple directions on how to cut the ceiling for t
