Total Restoration

I had a flooding in my basement over Christmas season. I contacted this company and they immediately came to my house and started assessing and preventing further damage. I basically forgot about the issue since the day they took over. They fixed everything and replaced the flooring providing me with good options that matched my house. Whenever I had a question I was able to contact them anytime even on weekends. I am very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to contact them if I ever need them again. They were very punctual, friendly and respectful. Very professional company.

When I called I was about as desperate as you could get. There was a bunch of black mold in the bathroom with my mother coming home in two days from a very major surgery. I was not going to mention it at the time, but it would have been very easy to charge me for all sorts of extraneous services to get a quick buck out of me. The technician and his crew never even entertained the idea. The second he got here, the technician verified the issues, verified that I personally was doing okay, then went straight to work solving all the problems he found. By the same time the following day the bathroom was free of mold, and for an incredibly reasonable price, given the circumstances. Made a nightmare situation a lot better with assisting in temporary home move both moving out and moving back. Dried the house out, tidied the place up, took waste away, help me set up temp accommodation and helped me set up back in house. Pleasant team, good chat, friendly and nothing was a problem. I recently had a problem with the water line at my house where I live as it flooded most of the house. I contacted Best & Fast . I really liked the environment of the people who did the work, they did the job very well, trustworthy.

After a heavy rainstorm, they came fast and prevented mold from forming. Great job!
