Erik and his crew did a fantastic job. He was able to come out and assess the wind damage within two days contacting them. They were able to replace the lost or damaged shingles while ensuring the rest of my roof was in good shape, tacking down any loose tabs. They did not create a mess and picked up after themselves. Very impressed with their professional, honesty and fair pricing. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after several roofers told me I needed a new roof—even though it was replaced less than 10 years ago—Greener Shingles saved the day. David was honest, professional, and truly had my best interest at heart. They saved me money and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend them and will gladly work with them again. I want to amend my review of Greener Shingles. They have really stepped up to complete our project. The owner has done his due diligence to find just match for our discontinued product for our roof. We are awaiting installation and I am happy with the attention and the pleasant, enthusiastic customer service they are providing. That was the initial impression I received and I am pleased to say that it has now continued and would remove the previous review if Google reviews were easier to manage.

Greener Shingles did a phenomenal job with the treatments. Very communicative through the process, and very reactive to changes. When the crew came out for the initial roof cleaning and pre-treatment, they noticed a bit of organic material still caught in the gutter that was missed from the late fall and cleared it out at the same time they were pressure washing and removing moss. There was a bit of a snafu with my credit card early on but I was able to walk through issue(s) with Dave and Robert and we were able to smoothly resolve it and proceed. Have already recommended personally to other people I know, and would recommend again :)

Initially, the company was fantastic to deal with, prompt and courteous. However, after being unable to get the proper supplies to complete the job they completely ghosted us. Avoided our called and emails and never called us back. We received one update after about 3 weeks and then nothing. It’s been about 2 months and I’m not holding out any hope of ever hearing from them again. They received their deposit and only did maybe 1/2 of the agreed upon work, if that, because I can’t get up on the roof to check, so I’m not sure if I overpaid or not. It’s not like we have the funds to just throw it around so we are stuck not knowing what to do. Maybe they will reach back out to me. It’s a shame because they started out really well and I’d have referred them in a heartbeat.
