Total Tool Supply - Milwaukee

My company rented a compressor from a different rental place that ended up breaking down.. we had several large jobs on the books that required this equipment, and we thought all hope was lost after calling about a dozen places that had nothing in stock. Our prayers were answered when I finally called Total Tool.. not only did they have 2 compressors ready for rental, but their daily rates were much more reasonable than any other place we called. They were friendly and helpful both on phone and in person, and the rental process was fast and easy. We got all our jobs done on time, and the equipment worked flawlessly throughout. First experience with Jensen- I called a sales rep at 7pm- told him I needed a masonry table brick saw, he simply asked when I wanted it, I said ASAP. Next morning I went to their warehouse (at 7am) and they had it ready AND assembled. Very impressed with their customer service. Pricing was great as well. My company will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly Recommend!

I can't say enough about this place. I am a drain cleaner and this place was instrumental for me getting started in this field. Eric is one of the owners and allowed me to talk to his service guys who directed me on what equipment to buy and how to properly use it. I would never allow anyone besides this place to work on my equipment and I would only buy my stuff from here.They were always cheaper than ebay and amazon. They go the extra distance to make sure all their customers are taken care of.

We had a terrible experience. They don’t have the customer in mind at all. Terrible communication. Not nice people. We brought in a pressure washer for repair. They told us the repair was going to be almost as much as a new pump. We had no problem with any of that. It’s when we went to pick it up after not getting it fixed when we found out that they wanted to charge us for the assessment. No one told us this at time of drop off, but instead referred to the fine print on the ticket. When my wife asked why we weren’t told about the charge she was met with rude comments. When my wife went to pay, she then was told that we’d be getting the pressure washer back in a box, as they couldn’t put it together for liability purposes. This company used to be my go to for many years,(15+) unfortunately they have lost my companies and my personal business. They are out of touch with treating the customer right and giving them what they need at a good price. The pricing on tools is better other places all day long regardless of if your a commercial account or not. I have talked with the owner who said things would be different and he was glad I contacted him, but nothing has changed. I stayed with them for another year. Sad to say I will be going down the street or using the internet for my purchases now instead of going to a store I used to look forward to going to in the past.
