James and his crew came to my backyard and removed 7 trees and trimmed 3 others. They performed the tasks in a timely and professional manner. At the end of the job yard was clean and spotless of any debris. My wife and I are more than satisfied with the work. I will Highly recommend total tree service to any one looking for tree service... Wow! Meets and beats every customer service checklist! Responsive, shows up, and gets the job done. My experience: Tree goes down on a Saturday morning. I call James and he answers. Thought I would be leaving a message. He comes over and provides a clear explanation about what my options are and provides a fair estimate. I give the okay, and he is on it Sunday morning. The tree is gone, he grinds the stump, and you can't tell it ever happened. Total Tree had my highest recommendation. I'll happily have him back!

My experience with Total Tree Services Inc. was when a huge dead ash tree fell on my driveway, blocking access to my home. Brian was driving by and stopped, out of the goodness of his heart, to offer assistance. He earned my trust on the spot. I welcomed him to my disaster area. The ash trees around my house looked like a war zone. Brian suggested a walk around the property to assess if there were any other issues and I’m glad that he did. Come to find out, another huge ash tree had fallen onto my second story metal roof in the back of the house. He made a call and within an hour the calvary from Total Tree Services Inc arrived to fix my situation. Brian, James and Fabian were extremely professional and efficient in removing both trees. Brian and James and team at Total Tree were outstanding and very professional.
